Return
Policy:
In
an effort to keep our prices to our customers as low as possible we do
not generally accept return merchandise.
Due to the nature of inflatable products, it is not possible to
warranty merchandise once it has been out of our hands.
This is an industry standard practice.
In
some limited situations we will consider a return request for unopened
plain stock products. All
return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Requests for product returns will be considered on a case by case
basis. All returns must be
pre-approved and shipped by prepaid freight.
Call our toll free line at 1-888-323-5181 to request a return
approval and instructions. If
your order is approved for return you will be provided with a return
merchandise authorization number (RMA #) that must be clearly marked on
the outside of the package. No
returns will be accepted without prior approval and an authorized RMA
number. Returns that are
approved may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
If
the return request is due to an error on our part we will issue a
prepaid return label for the merchandise and no restocking charge will
apply.
No
returns will be considered or accepted on custom printed merchandise
unless there is an error made in the custom printing of the product.
Errors or omissions that were included in an approved
pre-production proof are not liable for credit or return.
Errors or omissions that were not included in the electronic
proof will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Although
we have a restrictive return policy we do stand behind our products.
Any product that proves to be defective in materials or
workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.
All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days
of receipt.
