Our PVC vinyl beach balls are available in four different styles, so there's one for every budget. We offer one of the largest imprint areas, at great prices! Quality in-house custom printing is available on all items found on this page. Production time can be from just a few days up to two weeks, depending upon the season. Printed image sizes:

12" ball = 4" x 2.5"; 16" ball = 5.85" x 4"; 20" and larger ball = 6" x 4.25"

Note that length of image determines height and height determines length. Example: 16 inch ball - you cannot have a 5.85 inch tall image if the height then exceeds 4 inches.

Ink Colors

Stock ink colors: Fire Red, Dark Blue, Baby Blue, Medium Blue, Emerald Green, Hot Pink, Light Pink, Purple, Black, White, Orange, Yellow.

PMS Colors: Close match provided - $25

Additional information

Setup charge: $20 - one color printing only.

Additional panels printed - .40 cents each, plus setup if different print.

Proofs: Provided for approval by email prior to production.

Note on sizing: Beach balls are measured flat from end to end, not by diameter.

Approximate inflated ball diameters: 12" = 8"; 16" = 10"; 20" = 14"; 24" = 17"
