Order Cancelation

Plain Stock Products

Due to rapid processing of orders for plain stock products, changes or cancelations may not be possible once the customer has checked out. To request an order cancelation prior to shipping confirmation please call customer service and have your order number available. We will try to accommodate such requests, but may not be able to do so. If order cancelation is not possible please refer to our return policy for further information. Special orders for plain stock products may not be canceled once order acceptance by customer has been received. 

Custom Print Products

Orders for custom printed products may be canceled before final art approval is granted. Once art approval has been given any requests for cancelation will result in the customer being held liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancelation including service charges and product costs. Any request for changes to or cancelation of custom print orders after final art approval has been received must be made in writing. Special orders for custom printed products may not be canceled once order acceptance by customer has been received. 


Product Returns

Plain Stock Products

Unopened plain stock products may be returned within 30 days from original date of purchase.  Please note that unopened is defined as original factory sealed packages containing un-inflated product.  All returns must be pre-approved and shipped by prepaid freight.  To request a return approval and instructions please email Customer Service.  You will be provided with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA #) that must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an authorized RMA number.  Return merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Giant PVC vinyl balls and balloons are non-returnable.

If your return request is due to an error on our part we will issue a prepaid return label for the merchandise and no restocking charge will apply.  Errors on telephone orders will not qualify for prepaid return.

Custom Print Products

No returns will be considered or accepted on custom printed merchandise unless there is an error made in the custom printing of the product.  Errors or omissions that were included in a customer approved pre-production proof are not liable for credit or return.  Errors or omissions that were not included in the proof will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Special Order Products

Special orders, closeouts, discontinued items and some seasonal merchandise are not returnable.  In some cases unusually large orders for plain stock products may be considered special orders and will not be returnable.  In such cases, the customer will be notified prior to order shipping and given the opportunity to either accept or decline this condition of purchase.
