E-Z Balloon Disc - 250 count

The E-Z slotted disc is simply an excellent balloon closure that requires no special tools to use.

Just twist the balloon neck together with a ribbon a few times and slide them together into the center slot (see photo). Then slip the excess through the other slots and you're done. This is very user friendly and can be used for air or helium filling.
