The Cloudbuster giant is the finest rubber balloon for outdoor use available at any price. The unique formulation of chloroprene rubber includes UV inhibitors, which retard the sun's ability to weaken the balloon. When filled to it's rated size this balloon remains soft and pliable allowing for some expansion in hot weather. While more durable than a latex balloon they are not indestructible, so reasonable care must be exercised when handling. Manufactured to professional meteorological standards.
