Foil Balloon Custom Printing Specifications

Proofs: FREE virtual proofs emailed prior to production

Production time: 5-7 business days (M-F) from proof approval. FREE rush service available when possible. During periods of unusually high order volume production times may be extended. Contact customer service to confirm if your deadline is urgent.

Stock Inks: We offer a wide range of FREE stock ink colors to suite almost any occasion. Custom ink colors can be blended for an additional $25 per color per order.

Second Side Print: no minimum

Additional Color Prints: no minimum

Multi-Color Print Registration: Exact color registration can not be guaranteed, but we offer the closest registration in the industry at only 1/16 inch in any direction.

Packaging: 18 inch balloons bulk 500 per carton. 36 inch balloons bulk 100 per carton. Special packaging available at additional charge based on package count required. Ask about kitting and fulfillment services for your point of purchase promotion.

Sizing: Foil balloons are measured flat deflated. Measurements are approximate.

The original scale and dimension of your art will determine the finished print size. The length of your image will determine the height and vice versa.
