Plain Stock Products

Our website shows real time inventory information. Items not shown as Out of Stock are available for purchase. You will be notified to adjust the quantity if you try to order more of an item than we have on hand.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday only. Stock product orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern time will ship the same day. Order confirmations, processing updates and package tracking will be automatically emailed. Please check your spam/trash folder if you do not see updates in your inbox.
We are unable to add to orders once checkout is complete. Please place a new order for any additional items. We will combine orders for shipping whenever possible. If this is done we will refund the lesser of the shipping charges.
We can remove items at customer request only if the order has not yet been picked. Due to our rapid order processing we cannot guarantee order changes. Please review your orders carefully before completing checkout. Cancelling a plain stock order after checkout will incur a minimum 10% restocking charge. Restocking charges may be up to 20% at our discretion.
Exchanges are not possible due to inventory management requirements. Exchange requests must be handled as a return and new order for the replacement item/s. Please see Return Policy for additional information.

Custom Print Products

Custom print orders will be reviewed quickly in the order in which they are received and you will be notified via email if there are any questions about your order or delivery date.
FREE virtual proof approval is required for all custom print orders before production can begin
Orders for custom printed products may not be canceled afterfinal art approval is granted.
Any request for changes to or cancellation of custom print orders must be made in writing.
