Order Handling

 

PLACING AN ORDER

Plain Stock Products

In stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern time will usually ship the same day. At the latest they will ship the next business day unless you are notified of a delay.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

You will receive an email order status update including tracking when your order is shipped.

If your order requires same day shipping please note this in special instructions at checkout and call Customer Service with your order number to confirm.

Custom Print Products

Custom print orders will be reviewed as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received and you will be notified if there are any questions about your order or delivery date.

All custom print orders require a proof approval prior to production. When your proof is ready you will receive an email with a link to log in to your account to view the proof and either approve or request changes.

Standard production times are noted on specific custom print product order pages. Faster production may be available upon request. You will be asked to provide a requested in hand delivery date during checkout.

Telephone Orders

Phone orders are accepted 9 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday toll free at 1-888-323-5181.

Note that many discounts and special offers are available online only.

We can not be held responsible for errors on phone orders.

Whenever possible please order online to insure accuracy.

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

Plain Stock Products

Due to our rapid order processing cancellations may not be possible once checkout is complete.

To cancel an order after completing checkout contact Customer Service and have your order number available.

Any request for changes to or cancellation of plain stock product orders must be made in writing.

We will try to accommodate all requests, but may not be able to do so in all cases.

If order cancellation is not possible please refer to our return policy for further information.

Custom Print Products

Orders for custom printed products may be canceled before final art approval is granted.

After art approval is granted any requests for cancellation will result in the customer being held responsible for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation including service charges and product costs.

Any request for changes to or cancellation of custom print orders must be made in writing.

 

RETURNING AN ORDER

Plain Stock Products

Giant PVC vinyl balls, giant PVC vinyl balloons, electric inflators and regulators are non-returnable.

Other unopened plain stock products may be returned within 30 days from original order date. Please note that unopened is defined as original factory sealed packages containing un-inflated product.

Return requests after 30 days can not be accommodated.

All returns must be pre-approved and shipped freight prepaid at customer's expense. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

To request a return approval please email Customer Service. If approved a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and instructions will be provided.

Return merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge.

If your return request is due to an error on our part we will issue a prepaid return label for the merchandise and no restocking charge will apply. Errors on telephone orders do not qualify for prepaid return or restocking charge credit.

Custom Print Products

No returns will be accepted on custom printed merchandise unless there is an error made in the custom printing of the product.

Errors or omissions that were included in a customer approved pre-production proof are not eligible for credit or return.

We will replace or refund an order at our sole discretion for errors or omissions that were not included in the customer approved proof.

Special Order Products

Special orders, closeouts, discontinued items and some seasonal merchandise are not returnable.
