FREE ground shipping is offered for online orders totaling $149.00 or more. Online orders totaling $148.99 or less will qualify for $9.50 Flat Rate Ground Shipping. PRO account holders are offered FREE ground shipping for online orders totaling $249.00 or more with flat rate shipping unavailable. Some products are excluded from free shipping including all custom print products. Other excluded items are noted in specific product descriptions. Free and Flat Rate Shipping apply only to stock orders shipped to the continental US.
Our checkout system will display ship date and estimated delivery date for each available service type. If your order qualifies for Free shipping you will be offered the least expensive carrier. You may choose to pay for shipping via an alternate carrier with a more convenient delivery option.
For Warehouse Pickup orders, allow a 2-hour processing time after submitting your order. Please wait to receive your Ready for Pickup email before heading to the warehouse. If you have a specific need please call us at 1-703-971-9733. Pickup orders which are not picked up within 14 days of order date will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Please call or email us to make arrangements if your pickup is delayed beyond 14 days of order date.
For Uber pickups, please use the Courier option whenever possible so the driver is looking for our location (rather than a passenger waiting in the area). Be sure your driver knows that they must pull off the street into the parking lot to find Suite D as they often stop at the street where we cannot see them. To reduce confusion and miscommunication with the driver: Provide your order number and full name in the "comment" field to the driver so they can show us the information.
Custom printed products do not qualify for free or flat rate shipping.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the carrier and destination country. FedEx International Connect Plus is the best international shipping option in most cases. Brokerage and processing fees are included in the transportation cost for Connect Plus. Duties and import taxes still apply and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International shipping services are quoted for transportation costs only, unless otherwise noted.
Please note we are not responsible for replacing or refunding miss-delivered, lost, or stolen packages. Shipping carriers are responsible for delivering to the correct address. The customer is responsible for providing a safe location for carriers to leave a package if they will not be available at the time of delivery. We will assist with filing claims with the carrier in the event of a mis-delivered, lost or stolen package. This is the extent of our liability in such cases. Claims for non-delivery can take several days up to 2 weeks for the carriers to process. We will do our best to obtain a successful claim for the customer, however, we can not guarantee that we will be successful. All claims for non-delivery must be made with 72 hours of time the carrier has reported delivery.
In order to have replacement product shipped we must have a new paid order. We can not ship free replacement product in such cases. If the original shipment is located and returned we will issue a refund for the product value. If the original shipment is not located and a claim for reimbursement from the carrier is successful we will issue a refund for the total order value. If the original shipment is not located and a claim for reimbursement from the carrier is not successful we will not issue a refund for the order.
