- Our website displays ship date and estimated delivery date in checkout.
- FREE ground shipping for online orders totaling $149.00 or more.
- Flat Rate Ground Shipping for online orders under $149.00.
- FREE ground shipping for PRO account orders totaling $249.00 or more.
- Custom print products excluded from free and flat rate shipping.

- Free and Flat Rate Shipping apply only to stock orders shipped within the continental US.
- Free shipping orders display least expensive carrier. Alternate carriers and faster service levels are offered at cost if necessary.
- Warehouse Pickup orders require a 1 hour processing time after submitting your order. A Ready for Pickup email is sent when time for you to head to the warehouse.

- Pickup orders not picked up within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. Call or email to arrange pickups beyond 14 days from order date.
- Uber pickups use the Courier option whenever possible so the driver looks for our location (not a passenger waiting at the street). Notify driver they must pull into the parking lot to find Suite D.
- To reduce confusion and delays: Provide your order number and full name in the "comment" field to the driver so we can insure the correct order is received.
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the carrier and destination country. FedEx International Connect Plus includes brokerage and processing fees. Duties and VAT taxes still apply and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. International shipping services are quoted for transportation costs only, unless otherwise noted.
- Order errors are extremely rare. Our order processing system requires multiple bar code scans during the process to ensure your order is correct and complete every time. Orders can not be closed out, labeled and shipped until every item is scanned into the box.
- Shortage or damage claims must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. Packaging should be retained until a claim is resolved. Photos of damaged packaging and/or products are required to claim reimbursement from the carrier for loss due to damage in transit. Specific photos required by the carriers:
- clear photo of outside of package showing damage
- clear photo of the contents of the box showing any damaged items
- clear photo of the shipping label with clearly readable tracking number
Please note we are not responsible for replacing or refunding miss-delivered, lost, or stolen orders. Shipping carriers are responsible for delivering to the correct address. The customer is responsible for providing a safe location for carriers to leave a package if they will not be available at the time of delivery. We will assist with filing claims with the carrier in the event of a mis-delivered, lost or stolen package. This is the extent of our liability in such cases. Claims for non-delivery can take several days up to 2 weeks for the carriers to process. We will do our best to obtain a successful claim for the customer, however, we can not guarantee successful results. All claims for non-delivery must be made with 72 hours of time the carrier has recorded delivery.
In order to have replacement product shipped we must have a new paid order. We can not ship free replacement product in such cases. If the original shipment is located and returned we will issue a refund for the product value. If the original shipment is not located and a claim for reimbursement from the carrier is successful we will issue a refund for the total order value. If the original shipment is not located and a claim for reimbursement from the carrier is not successful we will not issue a refund for the order.
